Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and enhance each guest’s experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and comply with company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive and fun working environment
