Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills
- Basic verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification
- Availability to work 20 or more hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds and endure prolonged standing and walking
- Adherence to company policies and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and knowledgeable of Health Department Regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Execute job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy work
