Job Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- experience in fast food or retail preferred
- strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- verbal English communication skills
- strong work ethic and team collaboration
- ServSafe certification or willing to obtain
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- weekend and holiday availability
- minimum age of 18 years
- physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- ability to work in varied temperature environments
- punctual and reliable
- willingness to follow company policies
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher, fast food or retail experience preferred, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, acceptable verbal English communication skills, excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts, enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified, available to work at least 20 hours a week, weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred, must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations, make memorable connections and ensure the best guest experience, work collaboratively with store management and fellow employees to deliver outstanding service, perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks, be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines, cross train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, work hard and maintain a fun work atmosphere
