Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with excellent service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment while performing duties
