Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections and enhance each guest's experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting work environment
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Adhere to all scheduled shifts and company policies
- Maintain a positive work ethic and have fun while working
