Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 17 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections and ensure guests have the best experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team to deliver outstanding service and positive atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking work ethic
