Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- verbal English communication skills
- strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- servsafe certification
- ability to work minimum 20 hours per week
- weekend and holiday availability preferred
- must be at least 17 years old
- capable of moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- comfortable with extended standing and repetitive hand motions
- willingness to adhere to company policies and guidelines
- committed to high standards of customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- make a memorable connection and commit to enhancing each guest's experience
- work collaboratively with store management and team members to create an uplifting work atmosphere
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- adhere to all company policies and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- cross train in multiple departments such as bread, cake, POS, and bar
- maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
