Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork
- Certified in ServSafe and knowledge of health regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members
- Perform job specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
