Job Requirements

- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond customer expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Work as a team with store management and employees to create an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job duties like baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while on the job
