Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Verbal English communication skills
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health regulations
- Minimum 20 hours availability per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Capable of physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous standing
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Must be ServSafe certified and enforce health department regulations
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to ensure the best experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train across departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
