Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 17 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and ensure the best guest experience
- Work collaboratively with the store management and team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shift times and company policies
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
