Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Adherence to health department regulations
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work in temperature-varied environments

Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection with each guest to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines including punctuality
- Cross train in departments including bread, cake, point-of-sale, and bar
- Maintain a positive and fun work attitude while working
