Job Requirements
- must be at least 17 years of age
- available to work at least 20 hours a week
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk continuously
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
- able to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or higher
- preferred fast food or retail experience
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification
- knowledge of health department regulations
Job Duties
- provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- cross-train in all departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- work hard and maintain a fun and engaging work environment
