Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to organize and multitask
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health regulations
- Availability for 20+ hours weekly, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 17 years
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 17 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectation while showing sensitivity to their individual needs
- Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Follow direction and work together with store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Work hard and have fun while doing so
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, bar
