Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or retail is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and understanding of teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and ability to enforce Health Department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and comply with company policies
- Cross train in various departments including bread, cake, point-of-sale system, and barista
- Work hard and maintain a fun, positive attitude while on shift
