Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or retail is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated teamwork and strong work ethic
- Certified or willing to become ServSafe certified
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and at least 20 hours weekly
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mentality
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with each guest
- Collaborate with store management and team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies
- Cross-train in all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
