Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must have ServSafe certification or be willing to obtain it
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent work ethic with a focus on teamwork
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to ensure outstanding service and a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various store departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing job responsibilities
