Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experiences
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including operating POS systems, barista tasks, and fresh bread preparation
- Cross-train in all front of house and back of house roles
- Adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing duties
