Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- Individuals who are committed to exceptional customer service, detail oriented, with a willingness to go above and beyond
- High School diploma or higher
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- MUST BE AT LEAST 17+ YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
- This position requires moderate physical activity
- Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead
Job Duties
- Associates are expected to provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs
- Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service
- to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers
- Job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Work hard and have FUN while doing so!
- Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
