Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests and commit to enhancing their experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to create an uplifting work environment
- Perform job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Work hard while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
