Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- effective verbal communication skills in English
- commitment to teamwork and strong work ethic
- certification in ServSafe and adherence to health regulations
- availability to work weekends and holidays and at least 20 hours per week
- minimum age of 17 years
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications

- preferred experience in fast food or retail
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- minimum age of 17 years or older
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to individual needs
- make memorable connections with guests to ensure the best experience
- collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- work collaboratively as part of a team
- maintain a fun and positive attitude while working
- cross-train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
