Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food retail preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Adherence to health and safety standards
- Must be at least 17 years of age to apply
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification or able to meet Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 17 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make a memorable connection and commit to enhancing guest experience
- Work as a team and follow directions from store management
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Work hard and maintain a fun work environment
