Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- ServSafe certification and enforcement of Health Department regulations
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking continuously, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and knowledgeable of Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- Make a memorable connection with each guest
- Work as a team following store management directions
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude
