Job Requirements
- High School diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests and ensure their experience is the best
- Work as part of a team following store management direction
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for all scheduled shifts
- Cross train in all store departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive work environment and have fun while working
