Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance each guest's experience
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for all scheduled shifts
