Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Comply with Health Department regulations
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Capable of repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and proven teamwork abilities
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to cross train in various store departments
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests and enhance their cafe experience
- Collaborate and work as part of the store management team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Work diligently and maintain a positive, fun attitude while performing responsibilities
- Cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
