Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or higher
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
- Adhere to company policies and health regulations
- Willingness to cross-train in various departments
Job Qualifications

- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members
- Perform baking, cake decorating, and drink-making duties
- Adhere to company policies and maintain punctuality
- Uphold health department regulations and maintain ServSafe certification
- Cross-train in multiple departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
