Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Must follow company policies and guidelines
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections to ensure the best guest experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies, be punctual for scheduled shifts, and maintain a high standard of work ethic
- Cross-train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to support store operations
- Comply with health and safety regulations including ServSafe certification
