Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting workplace
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies, demonstrate punctuality, and maintain scheduled shifts
- Cross-train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Work hard and maintain a positive and fun work environment
