Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- make a memorable connection with each guest
- work as a team and follow directions from store management
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- work hard and have fun while doing so
