Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and teamwork capabilities
- ServSafe certification compliance
- Availability to work minimum 20 hours weekly with weekend and holiday shifts
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Capability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments such as coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and understanding of teamwork
- ServSafe certification
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations while being sensitive to individual needs
- Make memorable connections and commit to ensuring each guest's experience is exceptional
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making beverages
- Be punctual and adhere strictly to company policies and Health Department guidelines
- Cross-train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar to support overall store operations
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment while fulfilling all responsibilities
