Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification required
- Availability of minimum 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and understanding of teamwork
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and enhance each guest's experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in multiple departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Work hard and maintain a fun and engaging work environment
