Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or retail settings preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Knowledge of Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Minimum age of 18 years to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and enhance each guest's experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
