Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to organize tasks and multitask efficiently
- Verbal proficiency in English
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification required
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Competent verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a team
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with preference for weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 17 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with store management and team to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to all company policies, be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Cross train in various departments including bread, cake, point-of-sale, and bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
