Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, repetitive hand motions, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Adherence to company policies and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to enforce Health Department Regulations
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Work in teamwork with the store management to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Work hard and have fun while doing so
