Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification
- Availability for at least 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods
- Capacity to work in various temperature conditions including coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce Health Department Regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- Work together with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Bake bread and decorate cakes
- Prepare drinks
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
