Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- basic English communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- availability for at least 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- minimum age of 18 years
- physical capability to perform moderate lifting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
- adherence to company policies and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification required
- availability of at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections with guests
- collaborate and follow directions with the store management team
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- maintain a positive and fun work attitude
- cross-train in different departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
