Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat continuously
- ServSafe certification and adherence to health regulations

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and ensure each guest's experience is the best
- Work as a team and follow directions with store management
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Cross train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Work hard and maintain a fun work environment
