Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with the store management team and fellow employees to deliver excellent service and create a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
