Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast food or retail environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work at least 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and other duties
- Adherence to company policies and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and enforce health department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 17 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and commit to enhancing each guest's experience
- Work as a team and follow store management directions
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and barista
- Maintain a fun and energetic work environment
