Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work minimum 20 hours a week
- must be at least 17 years old
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- certified in ServSafe and enforce health department regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- must be at least 17 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- make memorable connections with guests and enhance their experience
- work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- be punctual for scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- cross train across departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- maintain a positive and fun work atmosphere
