Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 17 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection with guests and commit to enhancing their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and handling POS operations
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in multiple departments such as bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
