Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends
- ability to perform job-specific tasks such as baking, decorating, and beverage preparation
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations
- make a memorable connection and commit to enhancing each guest's experience
- work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work environment
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- work hard and maintain a positive and fun attitude
