Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- ServSafe certification
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting

Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectation
- Make a memorable connection with each guest
- Work as a team and follow direction from store management
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Work hard and have fun
- Cross train in different departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
