Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Nearly continuous standing and walking
- Repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- Knowledge of Health Department regulations and ServSafe certification
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and enhance each guest's experience
- Work as part of a team, follow directions, and collaborate with management
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- Cross-train in multiple store departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment
