Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
- Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature changes
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to enforce Health Department Regulations
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond the customer's expectations
- Make memorable connections to ensure the best guest experience
- Collaborate and follow directions to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy work while performing duties
