Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Acceptable verbal English communication
- Ability to follow company policies and guidelines
- Commitment to exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and ensure the best guest experience
- Work as a team with store management and fellow employees
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a fun and hardworking atmosphere
- Cross-train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
