Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods
- good verbal communication skills in English
- willingness to follow company policies and demonstrate strong work ethic
- ability to multitask and organize duties
- ServSafe certification and adherence to health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing beverages
- adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- cross-train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- maintain a positive work atmosphere and have fun while working
