Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification
- Availability for at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday shifts
- Capability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and repetitive hand motions
Job Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills

- Ability to enforce Health Department regulations
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate and follow directions to maintain a positive team environment
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- Work hard and maintain a fun attitude during shifts
