Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk continuously
- Able to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
- Adherence to company policies and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork mindset
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Work collaboratively with store management and team
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
